    • Whisk the milk with the beaten egg yolk long enough until you get a homogeneous mixture of milk and eggs.
    • Gently add the condensed milk mixture and eggs to the condensed milk mixture and the grated orange, then place the pot over a medium heat.
    • Stir all the ingredients together, wait until the mixture boils well, then remove the pot from the heat, and gradually add the gelatin dissolved in water.
